Welcome to Anna’s Candles! Each candle is made to order and hand-painted by me. Because of the care and individuality that go into every piece, there are a few important things to know before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping

All candles are made to order. Please allow a few days for your candle to be created before it ships. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Anna’s Candles is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the custom, handmade nature of each piece.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order (such as a design error), please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll be happy to make it right.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, work on your candle may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible.

Custom Orders

Custom text, colors, and design preferences are welcome! Just be sure to double-check any spelling or specific requests before placing your order. While I always aim to match your vision, each candle is painted freely by hand — so there will always be unique differences in every piece.

Product Variations

Each candle is hand-painted and made to order. Because of this, slight variations in design, color placement, or layout are to be expected — and celebrated! No two candles are ever exactly alike.

Candle Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects. Follow all standard candle safety guidelines. Anna’s Candles is not responsible for accidents or misuse.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Any personal information (like your name, address, or email) is used solely to process and ship your order or contact you if needed. I will never sell or share your information with third parties.
